January 1934: The department's early fleet featured a 1923 Chevrolet, built and outfitted by its members. Notably, this apparatus did not have a pump, highlighting the resourcefulness and commitment of the original team.

A notable feature of the station is the weather vane depicting a firefighting scene. First installed atop the east bays in the late 1960s, it was later moved to the clock tower during renovations in the 1980s. The weather vane was preserved and placed on the new station in 2008, symbolizing the department's respect for its history and traditions.
