Advocates works with individuals with a wide variety of intellectual and developmental disabilities including Autism Cerebral Palsy Down Syndrome Genetic Syndromes Muscular Dystrophy Epilepsy and other medical disabilities. Their goal is to partner with individuals with developmental disabilities their families and the community-at-large to create opportunities for individuals to lead inclusive lives in our community by providing advocacy resources information and choices to empower individuals and their families. nbspThey assist people with developmental disabilities to direct their own lives and choose their services and supports from many available sources. spandiv
